Business systems & ERP consulting

Still running your business
out of spreadsheets?

We design, build, and integrate the internal software that replaces paper workflows and connects your systems to the tools your team actually wants to use.

Who this is for: field-service and operations businesses on a legacy ERP or accounting system, with critical workflows still living on paper, in email, or in spreadsheets nobody fully trusts.

How we work

Audit first. Build second.

Day 1

Systems audit

A working session mapping your current workflows, where they break, and what's actually worth automating first. You leave with a written roadmap and a cost — no commitment to build.

Week 1–2

Build & integrate

Custom development against your real data and your real systems, not a demo environment. You see progress as it ships.

Ongoing

Support & iterate

Month-to-month availability as your workflows evolve. Same no-lock-in terms as everything else. You own the code outright.

Built on

Docker/Linux, Caddy, GitHub Actions CI/CD, React, TypeScript, Node.js / Express, enterprise single sign-on. If your IT team ever wants to take it in-house, there's nothing proprietary stopping them.

Credentials, in context

This is the same stack I run every day as an IT manager: 9+ production internal apps, a nightly sync pipeline moving 85,000+ purchase orders out of a legacy ERP, single sign-on and role-based access across every tool, and a real-time GPS dispatch board — all on Docker/Linux behind Caddy with CI/CD.

The honest truth

Yes, your ERP vendor's consultant can probably build this too.

Big ERP shops can bolt on custom modules. Offshore shops can build an internal app for less per hour. The honest tradeoff: vendor customizations are usually slower to ship and expensive to change later; offshore builds are cheaper up front and harder to support when something breaks at 7am on a Tuesday.

What you get here: someone who has run this exact kind of system in production, who answers the phone, and who hands you code you own outright. If a cheaper or faster option is genuinely right for your situation, I'll tell you that on the first call.
